Our Customers
We are facing a huge crisis, with a substantial drop in business volumes. We have seen a slight improvement, but we are not fully recovered yet. As a consequence, our IT plans have changed and at the moment we have prioritised short-term strategies, while looking at how to improve the way we improve the daily life of users. The business is prioritising development of user systems supporting remote access, capability for simulations and other “what if” tools, as well as improvement in management systems and dashboards.
